AI digital avatar clones now present the news

ACT NEWS has announced what it calls "the world’s first fully AI automated news edition presented by digital avatar clones."

A company in Israel is redefining how we create, broadcast and consume news content — and it's going viral on TikTok.

ACT NEWS has announced what it calls "the world’s first fully AI automated news edition presented by digital avatar clones."

There's no need to be in the studio anymore for leading Israeli reporters Miri Michaeli and Amit Segal. They're free to work on stories in the field while their AI clones deliver live news broadcasts on screen.

"News editions have been the only television product broadcast in the same format for decades," the company states on its website.

The new concept aims to engage diverse audiences worldwide, especially those on social media who might not be regularly exposed to traditional news outlets.

"THIS IS HOW EVERYONE WILL PRODUCE NEWS IN THE FUTURE"

Act News develops its own AI technologies for producing news rapidly and with significant cost savings.

Being able to produce more "high quality content in less time and at lower costs" has attracted the attention of investors, and the company is currently preparing for its second funding round.
