Kristen DiCerbo, Khan Academy's Chief Learning Officer, emphasized the challenge of catering to individual learning needs. Khanmigo steps in to provide tailored help, bridging the gap when a single teacher can't offer personalized attention. DiCerbo explained that users can rate Khanmigo's responses in real-time, allowing continuous improvement through feedback.
